About

This medication administration training is required for all Ohana Care staff who assist residents with medications. The course is designed to ensure compliance with California Title 22 regulations for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE). Staff will learn proper medication storage, physician order requirements, Medication Administration Record (MAR) documentation, the Six Rights of Medication Administration, and procedures for medication errors, refusals, and resident safety. All sections, quizzes, and the final acknowledgment must be completed successfully to meet training requirements.
